Fourth graders have been working on salt dough maps of Indiana. And man, have we learned a lot! We learned about the shape and landforms of Indiana, including the landform regions. Then we made our own salt dough. We created a salt dough map showing all these landforms an regions. We painted them. Finally, we watched some videos about Indiana and created a cool title that showed some of the most popular aspects of Indiana. The students did this as a group project so you may not see it at your house. But they all worked really hard on them and the result was beautiful!
