For our winter themed project, we first had a crash course in perspective. One way to make a common drawing more interesting is by changing the perspective. We looked at our pencils from different perspectives to demonstrate this fact (try it at home!) If someone asks you to draw a pencil, you could technically draw a pink dot and tell them it's from the perspective of the top of the pencil! haha. When we drew our snowmen we made them all different. We used lots of crayon to make them waxy. For the second day, we used a very wet and salty watercolor technique that created these splotchy snowy skies. Beautiful! Happy Winter and happy holidays!
